Humble Beginnings
Although he didn’t realize it, Dan’s real estate career began right after college when he became the sole master tenant of a two-bedroom apartment in Nob Hill. Quickly realizing the scale of responsibility, he dove into the Landlord/Tenant Handbook and honed property management skills. These early lessons became the foundation for his future success in the industry.

Building a Foundation
Dan was diligent with his career progression, only choosing roles that aligned with his path. At Slatt Capital, he became a loan servicer, analyzing borrower debt service ratios. By interfacing with clients, he worked promptly and reported on over half of the firm's accounts, leading the department. 

As a commercial real estate agent at the international brokerage firm, Marcus & Millichap, he ventured into a new territory. He focused closely on the Chinatown market in San Francisco with his agent partner, Ning Ho. Together, they closed nine transactions within six months. 

Dan has served San Francisco landlords not only as an agent but also as a property manager. He has serviced over $500,000,000 in real estate assets for clients. Some of his specialties are sales, business development, leasing, portfolio operations, investment analysis, and market research. 

Personal
Apart from real estate, Dan values family and friends. Downtime is spent exercising, creating music, or traveling. As a passionate football fan, he has played and coached at various levels. His latest coaching effort was at St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco.
