Dan specializes in the sale, purchase, and management of multi-unit properties throughout San Francisco.

As a member of the Pacific West Group, a team specializing in investment sales, Dan is backed by more than $2 billion in closed transactions and over 65 years of combined experience. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, he has managed more than $500 million in real estate assets, giving him firsthand insight into portfolio operations. His expertise includes investment sales, marketing, property management, financial modeling, risk & compliance, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law.

Before joining the Pacific West Group, Dan worked at Slatt Capital, where he led his department in reporting as a loan servicer. He later joined Marcus & Millichap, closing nine transactions in his first six months alongside his partner, Ning Ho.

A lifelong San Franciscan, Dan has witnessed various real estate cycles, demographic swings, and economic environments. This local perspective allows him to help clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling SF real estate. 

Apart from real estate, Dan values free time with family and friends. Downtime is also spent exercising, creating music, or traveling. As a football enthusiast, he has played and coached at multiple levels, most recently at St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco.
